1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using CashVista, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CashVista.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Create multiple accounts or use fake identities.
• Attempt to cheat or manipulate the platform (e.g., fake views, automated watching).
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Earnings and Withdrawals

• Users earn ₦1 per second of video watched.
• Earnings are credited to your wallet immediately.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum of ₦1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours.
• CashVista reserves the right to suspend earnings if fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Invest & Grow Program

• Users can pay ₦5,000 to unlock their referral link.
• Commissions are 55% on direct referrals and up to 0.5% on downline bonuses.
• Maximum downline bonus is limited to 200 people.
• Payments are non-refundable once approved.

6. Advertising Campaigns

• Advertisers must submit videos that comply with our content guidelines.
• All campaigns are subject to admin approval.
• Approved videos are published to viewers based on the selected package.
• CashVista reserves the right to reject any campaign that violates our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs on CashVista are the property of CashVista and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CashVista is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
